To maintain the integrity of our events and ensure smooth operations, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy. By signing the booking confirmation contract, all exhibitors agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
1. Non-Refundable Payments
Once an exhibitor has signed the booking confirmation and made any form of payment, whether partial (advance) or full, such payment shall be considered non-refundable under all circumstances. IENX Expo does not entertain refund requests on grounds of business changes, event withdrawals, personal circumstances, or any other reason. This policy ensures fairness to all exhibitors and protects the organizational costs that begin immediately upon booking confirmation.
2. No Cancellation Policy
After the booking confirmation contract has been signed by the exhibitor, no cancellations will be accepted. Exhibitors are obligated to participate in the event as per the agreed terms. Any request for cancellation—whether verbal, written, or electronic—shall not be acknowledged. This strict no-cancellation policy is enforced to maintain event standards and avoid disruptions in stall allocation and event planning.
3. Balance Payment Obligations
All exhibitors are required to complete their balance payment within the agreed timeline specified in the booking contract. Timely payment is mandatory to secure the confirmed exhibition space. If an exhibitor fails to pay the balance amount by the due date:
- · IENX Expo reserves the absolute right to cancel the booking without notice.
- · The exhibitor shall forfeit any advance payment already made, as no refunds or adjustments will be provided.
- · The booked stall/space shall be considered unoccupied and may be re-sold or re-allocated to another exhibitor at the sole discretion of IENX Expo.
4. Rights of IENX Expo
IENX Expo reserves the full right to manage, reallocate, or sell exhibition spaces in cases where exhibitors fail to meet payment obligations or violate any terms of the booking contract. The organizer’s decision in such matters shall be final and binding on the exhibitor. Exhibitors acknowledge that their participation rights are conditional upon fulfilling all financial and contractual obligations in a timely manner.
5. Acknowledgement of Policy
By signing the booking confirmation, the exhibitor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. Exhibitors further agree that they shall not dispute, challenge, or legally contest the non-refundable and no-cancellation clauses under any circumstances.
6. Final Authority
IENX Expo holds the final authority to interpret, enforce, and amend this policy whenever deemed necessary for the smooth functioning of the exhibition. Any decision taken by the management regarding refunds, cancellations, or reallocation of space shall be considered conclusive and binding.
